What to do if you Buy Faulty Goods:

Students may now be shopping more independently, i.e. shopping trips out with friends or family members, therefore it is important to gain some understand of shopping safety and what rights consumers have.

This lesson explores student’s consumer rights and what to do if something goes wrong and something they buy is faulty.
